Enrico de Dominicis

This approach is not without precedent - it is common in the construction and entertainment industries. In each of these industries, resources are chosen for their unique set of skills to complete a specific task. Can you image what the final result would be if a traditional software company made movies? Sorry, Peter Jackson is not on staff so the person hired last week will have to direct your new project called Lord of the Rings. Wouldn't be the same, would it? JWS believes that this new model of building software solutions will become the standard over the next few years as projects become more complex and time constrainted.
